Senior Sales - Solutions - Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane
A subsidiary of one of the largest SI Companies in the world, wiches to hire a number of 10-12 years experienced Senior Solution Sales people, based either in Brisbane, Melbourne, or Sydney
We are NOT looking for Product sales people, but people who know solutions, either in:
Infrastructure,
Telco
BFSI, or
BPO
Requisites:
* Strong Knowledge of Apps / RIM / Telecom / BFSI domain experience
* Strong Industry knowledge of the location specific opportunities for Applications and Infrastructure Management
* Should be able to deliver complex consulting solutions based on Bids.
* Ideally should have built, and/or led a team.
* Should have won $4-5 M deals in ITO sector. Proven track record of sales performance against revenue goals.
* Should have a robust pipeline of future businesses.
* Experience with Pricing, Costing, Financial models.
* Excellent communication & social skills
* Should have experience in working with multiple teams.
Roles and responsibilities:
* Acquire new clients and increase sales in across vertical
* Built CXO level and Senior IT Management relationships to promote company's services
* Collaborate with the management teams to understand, analyze and suggest roadmaps for Infrastructure Outsourcing initiatives promoting the company.
* Evolve business plans for the New Business Acquisitions.
* Build and Manage Sales team across operations.
KEY Responsibility Areas
* Setting goals for the Team and driving the team to attain them.
* Reaching sales goals as set by management.
* Maintain high level of product and vendor knowledge
* Prospecting for new business, preparing/presenting proposals and maintaining existing relationships.
* Perform sales and technical discussions with potential clients, presentations and preparation of documents in order to increase revenue for the company.
* Identifying and developing new business and clients through networking, courtesy and follow up calls to new account holders and cold calling.
* Reviewing progress and identifying opportunities for further sales and areas for new development
* Understanding Customers’ business needs and applying knowledge of the company’s products to meet those needs.
Realistic OTE remuneration will be paid, and a good base salary.
