As part of their ongoing consolidation and service quality improvement initiatives they are currently looking for a senior Healthcare industry professional to be based in Singapore as:
VICE PRESIDENT – BUSINESS OFFICE
Commercial / AR/ O&M / Change Management
Hospitality / Healthcare/ Insurance Background
Reporting to the EVP-Operations, this crucial role is designed to help the group achieve world-class efficiencies in all Business Office processes, policies, procedures and metrics designed to reduce Accounts Receivables, Doubtful Debts etc, streamline all operational processes for patients, physicians and other clinical/ non-clinical staff, design and implement best practices and constantly engage with best of breed service providers/ external consultants to drive change management transformations.
Ideal candidate will be an MBA / CPA with a minimum of 10 years similar senior level experience with leading hospitals known for outstanding business processes and will have exceptional planning, management, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a track record of improving cost control / healthcare productivity in large, diversified Healthcare group. Similar experience in Hospitality groups or Insurance companies is also acceptable.
