China Communications Services Corporation Limited (HKEx: 552), a company listed in the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, is the leading specialized telecommunications support services provider in PRC with operations all over China. We are now inviting high caliber candidate to fill the following vacancy:
Manager, Investor Relations Department
Requirements:
* Degree holder with minimum 5 years relevant working experience, preferably in telecom industry
* Good knowledge in accounting and finance
* Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese, and fluent in Putonghua
* Strong self-motivation, independent, presentable, strong communication skills and inter-personal skills, able to work under pressure
* Willing to learn new skills and take on different tasks as required
Main responsibilities:
* Liaise and maintain strong relationships with analysts, investors and media
* Prepare (drafting and translating) various communications materials
* Organize investor relations and media events
* Prepare annual/interim reports and other information disclosure materials
* Update and maintain corporate website
* Work closely with Company Secretary and may get involved in assisting the preparation of statutory materials
