Graduate Management Trainee
Roles and Responsibilities
You build a strong management support for the Sales team and our customers, as well as manage the following key responsibilities:
* Generate new business opportunities through various channels and sources
* Design and conduct marketing campaigns
* Monitor overall performance and the effectiveness of professional marketing team
* Involve in a one-year structural training program on different aspects, including sales and marketing skills, such as performing consultative needs analysis to potential clients; communication skills; leadership and coaching skills
Professional requirements
* High-diploma graduate or degree holder with over 2 years’ working experience (Fresh graduates are also welcomed)
* Strong interpersonal and presentation skill, self motivated, people oriented and strong vision
* Willing to develop a long term career and seeking to build up own business
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
